What: Neil and Tieria finally meet again after two years
When: When Neil is finally well enough to handle visitors.

Nervous. That was the understatement of the century. Nervous didn't even come close to the whirlwind of emotions Neil was feeling at the moment, or for the feelings that were to come.
[ It had been two years since his "death". Since he had lost his life after deliberately going against orders to pursue his blood lust revenge on Ali Sachez. Two years since the temporary fall of Celestial Being in the public eye. And two years since everything as he knew it had taken a turn for what he had never been expecting.
After the explosion, he had naturally been reported as dead. After all there was no way anybody could of survived that, and technically he hadn't. His body had suffered such severe burns, disfigurement and damage he had hardly looked like a human being anymore.
But that was exactly what Krung Threp had been looking for. After painstakingly gathering what they could, the revolutionary medical process had begun - to bring back a mangled corpse with only an ounce of life back into a functioning and breathing human being.
It had taken hundreds of thousands of surgeries,hours of rehabilitation and dollars, and the most tight lipped high levels of security that for the first year and a half, Neil could name on one hand the people he had met.
He had gone through many stages. A vegetable, then only being able to understand the most basic forms of spoken language and only being able to communicate with blinks, to learning simple tasks such as picking things up all over again.
But here he was, two years later. He had mastered just about everything but walking, and extreme physical activity. The technology had come a drastically long way. But physical improvement wasn't the only thing he strives for. His mental health was also vital as well.
One the things he had longed to do was see Tieria again. To apologize to him because after all, Tieria had tried with all his heart to protect him. So as soon as the Irishman had been able to talk properly again, he had been asking daily for six months to see the Innovade.
Today was that day. Under the impression he was there to see progress on top secret mechanical innovations was Tieria visiting Krung Thep that day. At any moment, the Innovade was to walk through the two doors to his room and see him for the first time in two years.
And there Neil sat up eagerly in his bed, his heart feeling like it was going to burst through his chest from waiting. ]
